Four huge talents ready to take to the world stage with their effervescent live performances, raen are Rachel Donovan, Amanda Jermyn, Emily & Natalie Streat. Far from being pre-fabricated pop idols these long-time friends, who have trained since childhood, have something to say.

Their songs are inspired by their experiences both as a group and individually, fusing diverse and honest lyrics with catchy yet off-beat melodies. With impressive vocal harmonies, electrifying moves, eye–catching looks and their own fresh fusion of pop, rock, dance & funk raen are unveiling their debut single GET RIGHT BACK.

A fresh reworking of the classic track, GET RIGHT BACK with its upbeat tempo, classic harmonies and high energy delivery announce the arrival of four girls destined to make their mark on the world pop music scene. After four years refining their sound raen chose this catchy tune along with an original track BREAK ME to introduce their unique blend of pop fusion.

A personal favourite of all four members of the group and a song they love performing together, GET RIGHT BACK will be the first single from raen’s debut album out in early 2007. Having completed videos for both songs, the strength of their original work has already been recognised with their video clip for the BREAK ME being selected to go onto the Sprint Network in the USA and the 02 Network in the UK.

With a hot look exclusively provided by Sydney fashion house Master/slave and the girls’ abundant talent raen are a total entertainment package. Their live shows and  original songs have received rave reviews from audiences around Sydney so it’s no surprise that raen were Top 5 finalists in the 2005 Music OZ Awards and have already featured in a two page article in Unsigned Music Magazine.

GET RIGHT BACK and BREAK ME were recorded at Maxitone Studios and will be released in October 2006 through MGM Distribution and through Dorothy Records and their album will be out early next year.
